In addition, she’s a featured teacher in the international film and book sensation, The Secret. I learned quite a number of lessons from this book. I learned that we can be happy if we want to even for no reason and that is actually what happiness should be.

We shinoff choose to be happy by ourselves and not depend on other people. According to Shimoff, we have happy genes so some of us are programmed to be happier than others but we yb to cultivate those genes.

Happiness should not be hinged on material things or success or having friends or loved ones by our side. They sure can make us happy but dor are temporary. What we need to nourish is the happiness gene that is built inside of us. The book is well-written and organized. Smimoff would first enumerate the different rules not just the seven because there are many other sub-rules inside of them and then expound them by giving examples from his letter senders, her experiences and she had a lot to say about her own self that I liked more than the other examples and excerpts from other books like Elizabeth Gilbert’s Eat, Pray, Love 1 star and Rhonda Byrne’s The Secret.

Some rewson the rules should not be new to most of us.

However, just like most of the bj books, we all need to be reminded of these things. Sometimes, we are too busy with our bg lives that we take good grains of salt for granted or we overlook these things.

It lasted for about 4months. This forth month might be the last but it was a good and peaceful 4 months of my life with my mother.

I advise all teenage girls and boys to give this to their mothers- Who in their opinion needs to take a chill pill now and again.

If you do all shimooff the exercises with a different issue in mind for each, you’ll be amazed at the difference in your heart and soul when you finally close the book.

I really thought this book was interesting and informative. The author seemed to make a lot of sense. Although bu does plan a part in happiness, behaviors and responses to situations can be changed by the individual. I do wish that I had had the print version instead or the audio book, as there are some exercises throughout the book that would have been easier to marfi about and respond at ones leisure.

She provides 21 “happiness habits” that can be practiced by anyone to help them achieve deep and lasting happiness, rather than the fleeting kind based on external things that so many people experience today. Some of my favorites are: The book is really a joy to read. The stories are inspiring, the quotes are uplifting, the exercises are effective, and there are even comics to make you smile.

I think this book is improving the quality of my life. I highly recommend it. You live from happiness, rather than for happiness She shares truly inspiring stories of brave, authentic and deeply happy people to bring the habits to life. I cried twice reading this book, hearing from people affected by traumatic life events the women who forgave her son’s killer was the one that hit me hardest and yet still manage to find the blessings in life was b special.

I particularly loved the parts karci this book talking about contracting and expanding energy and there were so many inspiring quotes doted throughout. It’s easy to read and bj wonderfully. If you want to hear from people living inspired, free and fulfilled and get practical tips on how to be happier whatever your life currently looks like I’d certainly recommend this book.
